Our Emotions Sessions are short, intentional art sessions designed to give you a moment to pause, connect with how you’re feeling, and express it creatively.
Whether you’re feeling happy, sad, frustrated, overwhelmed, excited, calm, or simply “a lot”, you’ll be guided through a creative activity inspired by that emotion.
This is not a therapy session and no artistic experience is needed. It’s simply a space to slow down, explore an emotion and turn what you’re feeling into something creative.
Sometimes, you don’t need to find the right words.
You just need a way to express it.
